In-Stock Supplies & Custom Products — Continental United States
FREE Shipping on Orders $250 & Above
All in-stock supply orders totaling $250.00 or more ship free to any address in the continental United States.
Shipping charges for in-stock supplies are based on your order subtotal (before tax, after discounts) at the time of checkout.

Freight charges for custom-manufactured and made-to-order products (custom apparel, branded items, etc.) are not covered by the standard rate table above. Freight for custom orders is:
- Quoted individually based on product weight, dimensions, and your shipping destination.
- Communicated to you in writing as part of your order confirmation before the order is finalized.
- Invoiced as part of your order total or separately, as specified in your confirmation.
If you need a freight estimate for a custom order before placing it, contact our customer service team and we will be happy to provide one.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time on business days typically ship the same day.
- Standard ground transit is 1–5 business days depending on destination zone.
- Transit time estimates begin on the ship date, not the order placement date.
- Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Expedited options (2-day, overnight) may be available at checkout for qualifying in-stock orders. Expedited shipping charges are calculated in real time based on carrier rates and package specifications.
Standard in-stock shipping rates apply to addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations are not currently available through our standard checkout.
Please contact us directly if you require shipping to these locations and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
- Retain all original packaging and documentation — this is required for carrier claims.
- Photograph any visible damage before unpacking further.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for replacement or reshipment as appropriate.
Return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error (incorrect item shipped, defective product). All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before shipment.
- Contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any items back.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Custom and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless defective.
