Use one backing plate for both wool and foam. Rounded edge substantially reduces risk of burning painted surface from the edge of the backing plate. The YELLOW foam is an "everyday" medium cut pad for average/medium to light oxidation. The pad to use in "step one" for routine "two step" polishing operations. VP-10 or VP-11 (heavy duty) hook and loop backing plate recommended.Product Videos
